Built to be the best alpine climbing pack in the world, the Mountain Hardwear Alpine Light Roll Top 45L Backpack is made to withstand the elements without weighing us down. The Alpine Light features a PU-coated nylon ripstop for a highly durable, waterproof shell to stand up to rock and snow as we climb toward the clouds. It´s a climber-friendly pack with a modular center rope strap and mountaineer-friendly with external attachment points for our ice axe, crampons, and technical ice tools. The aluminum frame and closed cell foam frame sheet help distribute our load, but we can also tackle the mountain minimalist-style by removing the lid, sternum strap, hip belt, and frame sheet for our ultralight missions. This roll-top version opens wide for easy access and rolls down to reduce bulk and keep our load as secure as possible.
