The Shimano GE700 is a premium clipless mountain bike shoe with a midfoot SPD placement for optimal bike control and a lightweight, low-top construction. A reinforced toe cap protects against rock strikes, and a fiberglass-reinforced EVA midsole absorbs impacts, provides stiffness for power transfer, and combines with Shimano´s TORBAL 2.0 torsional midsole for excellent edge flexibility when cornering. A lace and hook-and-loop strap closure system makes for a secure closure, and Shimano´s Ultread GE rubber compound provides exceptional grip when connected to the pedals or hiking our bike.
