The DMM Alpha Carabiner is light, strong, and ready to clip your rope so you can continue your climbing adventures. Its I-beam construction cuts unnecessary weight without decreasing the Alpha´s overall strength, and a deep secure rope basket ensures excellent handling and easy clipping. The hot forged bent gate also assists with quick clipping, and the clean nose makes sure the carabiner doesn´t clip the rope when your second is cleaning the route. DMM also added grooves at the back to give you a better grip when you´re clipping.
