These brake pads are designed at Hope´s facility in Great Britain and tested by Hope employees, their pro riders, as well as on their in-house dyno to ensure they meet high standards of performance and longevity. The standard pads are made of an organic compound for quiet braking and plenty of initial bite. The sintered pads are made of a metallic compound that manages heat better and typically lasts longer.
