Large side knobs bite in deep as we rail corners at mach speed and a spacious gap between the center tread and side knobs allow for the tire to drift slightly, helping us around corners and switchbacks. Ramped center tread followed by blocky tread combines to make a balanced tread pattern that has low rolling resistance and heavy braking traction.
